4-6 p.m. Check-in. Light supper at the church

Friday, May 7, 2004

7 a.m..: Optional Walk at Mounds Park. Meet at the church at 7 and we’ll carpool over to Mounds Park at 7:10. 
8 a.m.: Breakfast at the church
8:30: Opening Yoga. Loosen up and get ready for the day!
9:00: Heartwork Artwork with Jody Soland.
Heartwork/Artwork is a process that uses guided relaxation, music, and breathing to release the blocks that may be stifling our creative energy. Artwork and group process help to integrate the experience. This process is done with eyes closed, and lying flat on the floor. 
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a pillow and blanket to lie on. Jody will give a thorough explanation of this process before we begin. No one can do this wrong, and each will receive the exact experience you were meant to have! Come ready to have a creative tune up!

12:30: Break for lunch
2 p.m.: Make it YOUR Business! With Lauren Lane Powell. Do you have workshop being born? Is there a story within you aching to be told? Now that you have a CD, what do you do with it? This is an inside look at the financial, the practical and the metaphysical applications to making a living by following your passion! From 2002 to 2003, Lauren has doubled her income! Let her tell you how she did it, and how you too can "Make it YOUR business!”
This workshop will include a chance for you to show off your best-selling types of merchandise and share your marketing ideas.

3:00 The Basics of Harmony with Bob Schnieder
Bob’s class will cover intervals, triads, tetrads, inversions, parallel harmonies, and counterpoint, to name a few. 

4:00: Song Sharing Facilitated by Carol Johnson. Do you have some great new music to share? Do you have songs that would be of particular interest to Youth of Unity? Now is your chance. Let the group sing your choral pieces. Let us hear the youth songs. Let individuals add their talents to piano or guitar. Share your Song!
5:30 Dinner “Theater”
6:30 Open Mike

8:30: Opening Drumming with Douglas Bluefeather. Get into the rhythm of the day!
9:00 Harmonies of Healing with Lauren Lane Powell. If you can sing, you can heal. Your voice has healing energy! To create our own “healing tones” we simply need to remember how to use the only instrument God made, the way 
it was designed to be used! Rediscover how to direct your voice with intention and feel relief of pain and stress.
11:00 What Is Your Intention? By Rev. Jane Evanstar. An interactive workshop to get you in touch with your intention!
Noon: Break for lunch 
1 p.m.: Beginning Cedar Flute with 
Douglas Bluefeather
2 p.m.: New Thoughts for Old Hymns with Mark McGee. Give some of those old hymns some new life!
3 p.m.: Planning for 2005. A brainstorming meeting to plan for the next conference.
3:30: Choir rehearsal and sound checks for concert

7:00 p.m. CONCERT!
