Housekeeping Notes:

Hotel

            A block of rooms has been reserved at the Fairfield Inn.  Our group reservation name is GLURMC.  The rate is $84.00 plus %11 tax per night.  To receive this group rate you will need to contact the Fairfield Inn and reserve your room before 4/23/08.

Display Areas

            There will be display areas for displaying and selling of wares. The display spaces are 3 feet by 4 feet, with 4 by 6 floor space. Tables will be shared, two participants per table. Please bring head phones for sound displays.

Food

            We will do our best of offer a variety of healthy food for all to enjoy.  If you have specific request please let us know in advance.
